Q2: What is your monthly production capacity?

Thunder Claw has a monthly production capacity of 50,000 tents and 80,000 sleeping bags per month. For larger orders or urgent timelines, we can discuss production scheduling to accommodate your needs. Standard lead times are 30-35 days depending on order quantity and customization level.

Q3: Where are you located and where do you ship from?

We are based in Zhejiang Province, China. We ship to destinations worldwide including USA, Europe, Asia, South America, Latin America and North America. Shipping terms available include FOB / EXW / CIF.

Q4: Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes. From simple logo printing to complete structural design based on your sketch; custom colors, fabrics and features; free pre-production samples; third-party inspections welcome (SGS, TUV); after-sales accountability with compensation or replacement for manufacturing defects.

Q5: Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely! We encourage all new customers to request samples before committing to bulk orders. Standard samples from our existing product range are available within 7-10 days. Custom OEM samples (with your specifications) typically take 15-20 days. Sample costs can be refunded against your first bulk order.

Q6: What quality certifications do your products have?

Our products meet international quality standards. Current certification: ISO9001. We also work with third-party inspection agencies including SGS and TUV. Certifications are available upon request and can be arranged for specific orders.

Q7: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods: T/T (Bank Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment or against B/L copy; L/C (Letter of Credit) for larger orders; Western Union / MoneyGram for sample payments. Specific payment terms can be discussed based on order value and our business relationship.

Q8: How do I place an order?

Placing an order is straightforward: 1. Inquiry — contact us with your product requirements. 2. Quotation — we provide a detailed quotation within 24-48 hours. 3. Sample — confirm product quality with a sample. 4. Order Confirmation — approve the proforma invoice and arrange deposit payment. 5. Production — we begin manufacturing (30-35 days depending on order). 6. Quality Inspection — pre-shipment inspection with photos/videos sent to you. 7. Shipping — balance payment received, goods shipped. 8. Delivery — goods arrive at your designated port or address.
